Forza pedals plans $80million development in inner-city Melbourne Forza capital is cranking up plans for an $80 million residential development in inner-city Melbourne, after putting together a boutique syndicate to acquire a Richmond site.
The Melbourne-based syndicator, led by Adam Murchie and Ashley Wain, have put their foot on a 2325-square-metre site at 9-15 David Street in Richmond.
