Bouyed by one of the strongest industrial markets in years, investors have snapped up two industrial units at more than $1300 per square metre on a 5.2 per cent yield. Teska Carson's George Takis and Larry Takis said Lot 3 at 50 Rushdale Street sold for $315,000 and Lot 4 went for $320,000 at auction. The properties attracted attention from SMSF investors as well as traditional residential investors, they said. Lot 3 was leased at $19,500 per annum and Lot 4 returned $20,539.
