Three bidders from a crowd of 100 pushed the price of a multi-tenanted shop at 150-154 Glenferrie Road to more than $400,000 above the vendor's reserve. The 569-square-metre, two-storey, double-fronted building is leased to ANZ Bank (seven years), Sushi Gallery, and JT's CrossFit Training Studio returning a combined $311,000 per annum net.

"There is no doubt that the interest rate cut and forecasts of more have driven renewed interest in bricks and mortar," Teska Carson's Matthew Feld and Michael Ludski said.
