An ‘‘entry-level’’ investment shop at 310 Stephensons Road sold for $1,115,000 on a 3.9 per cent yield. The 236 sq m brick building has a retail space on the ground floor and office/storage upstairs. Teska Carson’s George Takis said the property sold at the very good land rate of $5115 a sq m, subject to a two-year lease at $44,557 per annum net. ‘‘This was an exceptional entry-level investment,’’ he said.
